Recent work

My work reflects interests and preoccupations,
exploration and experimentation. Much of my
current work – using watercolour pigments and
inks – reflects my response to chaotic and abundant
plant life, ravaged by teeming insect and wildlife.
There is a kind of dishevelled and decadent
beauty about it all.

I feel there is always an element of ‘ebb and flow’
when I work – a sort of letting go and reining in,
working with conscious and unconscious processes
and trying to find a balance between the two.
